SERVA Collagen R solution is particularly suitable for coating cell culture plates for preparing collagen film and gel for cultivation of hepatocytes, fibroblasts and epithelial cells (1, 2).
This is type 1 collagen obtained from the rat tail. Solution 4 mg/ml (0.4 %) in 0.1 % acetic acid.
