Für die Isolierung von Pankreasinseln und andere Dissoziationen.
Neutral Protease NB ist eine Metalloprotease, die für die Gewebedissoziation
geeignet ist. Dieses Enzym schneidet verschiedene Peptide vor den hydrophoben
Aminosäuren und erzeugt dadurch kleinere Fragmente. Für die Zellisolierung
wird Neutralprotease NB häufig in Kombination mit gereinigter Collagenase NB 1
Prmium Grade sowie Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade und Collagenase NB 8 Broad
Range verwendet. Sind die Zellen für die Transplantation in Menschen bestimmt,
wird Neutral Protease NB GMP Grade empfohlen.
