Buffer Substance Dulbecco's

(PBS, DPBS)

Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline (DPBS), without calcium and magnesium; without phenol red; powder.
Balanced salt solution used in a wide variety of cell and tissue culture applications like stabilizing of a physiological pH in cell culture media, washing cells prior to dissociation, transfection or passaging, and maintaining cell tonicity and viability during transport of cells or tissues.
