Running buffer for SDS PAGE. Optimized formulation to improve sharpness of bands, especially when used together with SERVAGel Neutral pH 7.4 (cat. no. 43220) precast gels. Supplied as 20 x concentrate. Contains 1.2 M Tris (pH 8.5), 0.8 M Tricine and 2 % SDS.
