In the Tricine gel system developed by Schaegger and von Jagow (1), Tricine
replaces glycine in the running buffer. This results in higher resolution of
low molecular weight proteins and of smaller peptides.
Ultrapure quality,
tested for use in electrode buffers for PAGE.
