High capacity Nickel-Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) magnetic agarose beads (5 %) for rapid and easy purification of His-tagged proteins under native or denaturing conditions. Ideal for isolation of proteins from small sample volumes in batch format without columns. Handling is identical to standard protocols of other manufacturers, therefore there is no need to change established protocols.
