Protease Inhibitor Mix B


Protease Inhibitor Mix B is an effective protection against proteolytic degradation in the preparation of bacterial extracts.
The mixture of five protease inhibitors has a broad range of activity against aspartate-, cysteine-, serine-, and metallo proteases as well as aminopeptidases. Protease Inhibitor Mix B contains AEBSF, Bestatin, E-64, Pepstatin A and EDTA.
Supplied as a kit: each vial is provided with an extra vial of 1 ml DMSO.
The content of one vial dissolved in 1 ml DMSO gives a 100-fold concentrate, which is sufficient for 99 ml extract.
