Protease Inhibitor Mix G is an effective protection against proteolytic degradation and is recommended for all general applications, especially for applications where organic solvents interfere. Protease Inhibitor Mix G contains the five protease inhibitors AEBSF, aprotinin, E-64, leupeptin and EDTA.
The content of one tube dissolved in 1 ml dist. water yields a 100-fold concentrate, which is sufficient for 99 ml extract.
